I have over 15 years in the inspecting/safety arena, fire and smoke penetrations, HVAC, plumbing and energy efficiency. I am certified through Inspection Certification Associates (ICA) for home & Commercial, recognized by ASHI and NAHI standard of practice as well as a member of them both.

Home Inspections
Get the peace of mind that comes from having a certified home inspector check out your potential home. One of the scariest parts of home-buying is the "What If?" What if I buy a new home and find out in a month that the electrical had issues? or the water heater was at the end of its life? While there are no guarantees that nothing will go wrong in the future, we will do everything in our power to alert you of any existing or potential problems before you buy with our detailed inspection. We want you to have the confidence you need for such a large investment.
Commercial Inspections
Commercial buildings are a specialty of ours. We do building inspecting, fire/smoke safety and construction completion walk-thrus.
Any building up to 20,000 square feet and two floors (three depending on roof access and size) is fair game.
Radon Testing
We have state of the art equipment and will provide a scientific lab report to ensure your home is safe for you and your family.
You can request a radon test as a part of your home inspection but we can also provide them separately.
